RELAX! Flower Bath/4 oz (2 baths of 2 oz each)

A CALMING, CLEANSING, AND LUXURIOUS EXPERIENCE! All-organic roses, French lavender, chamomile and calendula flowers are delightfully relaxing and uplifting to the senses and the spirit, and nurturing to the skin! DIRECTIONS: There are a few different ways to enjoy your flower bath! Add half of the contents of the pouch (2 oz) of flowers to 2 quarts of boiled water. Remove from heat. Steep covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Let the water cool off to a comfortable temperature, strain the herbs out (to avoid clogging the tub!), and choose from the following: FLOWER BATH: add the infusion to your bath water, throw in some sea salt or Epsom salts (optional), light a candle and enjoy! FLOWER SHOWER: place a pot with your pleasantly warm infusion next to your shower and finish off your regular shower by splashing this wonderful flower tea over your body, patting it into your skin and face. Let the skin absorb the infusion and pat excess water with a towel, leaving the skin slightly moist and then allowing it to air dry. Use a dark-colored towel to avoid stains. Enjoy your very special flower treat! FLOWER FOOT BATH: transfer the infusion into a basin, throw in some Epsom or sea salt (optional), place a towel next to the basin, sit back, take off your socks and relax! A 15-20 minute soak is a good start, and you can make it longer for added benefits. You can always add more hot water to your foot bath, and throw a towel or a blanket over your knees to keep you warm. Let the plants and the water wash away the stress, increase circulation, boost the immune system, soothe the muscles, and hydrate the skin. Enjoy! INGREDIENTS: an all-organic blend of lavender flowers, chamomile flowers, calendula flowers, and roses. This fully recyclable and compostable pouch contains 2 flower baths of 2 oz each.
