Relax Blend

Eases tension in the body and mind; makes a great social aid when crowds and interactions send anxious feelings through the body. Caution: this blend contains Kava. Kava's ability to work with GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) in our bodies, helps to increase this inhibitory neurotransmitter which helps our nervous system calm down. This is the same neurotransmitter system that alcohol and benzodiazepines work on. Please be mindful if you have a usage history around those items as you may want to avoid this one!  1oz glass dropper bottle How to use: Take 60-90 drops / 2-3 squirts in mouth or a small amount of water 2-3x daily.
