Reinsman Freter Butterfly Bit

This butterfly cheek provides mild leverage for horses learning to accept the poll pressure. The loose connection of the mouthpiece to the cheek and short shank is very forgiving for less experienced horses or riders.  The solid mouthpiece with a slight curb relieves some pressure off the tongue. A great transition bit prior to moving to a solid shank.
