Second Degree (Reiki II): Deepening the Practice & Expanding the Flow

Reiki II is the next step for those who have completed Reiki I and feel called to deepen their relationship with the energy. While Reiki I centers self-healing and foundational awareness, Reiki II invites practitioners to expand their capacity—to work with intention, clarity, and purpose in service of themselves and others. At this level, Reiki becomes more than something you receive or practice—it becomes something you embody. Through sacred symbols, focused intention, and deeper energetic awareness, practitioners learn to channel Reiki for specific purposes, including emotional healing and distance work. Reiki II supports healers in strengthening their confidence, refining their intuitive listening, and cultivating trust in their ability to hold space with integrity and care. As you continue your Reiki II journey, you will: Learn and practice techniques for channeling Reiki during full wellness sessions Explore methods that support the healing of emotional and energetic dis-ease Receive training in distance healing, allowing Reiki to flow beyond time and space Receive your Reiki II Degree Attunement Receive electronic course materials and a certificate of completion Have the option to schedule a 1:1 follow-up coaching session for integration and guidance *Pre-requisite: Reiki I Training & Attunement (If you did not complete Reiki I with Coach Shayla, please email a copy of your certificate of completion to info@omgwellnessbar.com) *Limited space is available. Registration is required and includes training and electronic materials. Registration is transferable but non-refundable.  *While there is no mandatory waiting period between completing Reiki I & II, please note that allowing at least 3-6 months between attunements is advantageous to allow yourself time to integrate the Reiki energy and learnings.
