Regularity - A Non-Laxative Constipation Solution

While many constipation solutions work against the body by forcing the foods we eat through the digestive process, the Silver Fern® Brand way is different, and it starts with Regularity! By helping address the root issues of occasional constipation, Regularity helps support healthy bowels with a non-laxative approach for helping with occasional constipation, bloating, and gas.* Regularity - The Laxative-Free Way to Handle Occasional Constipation!* When someone gets backed up and has irregular bowels, most look to a laxative to help clear out the blockages and waste. If the issue becomes chronic and laxatives are used regularly it can lead to all sorts of digestive issues.  Often the worst of which being a laxative dependency that is next to impossible to break free from. With Regularity by Silver Fern® Brand, there is finally a legitimate non-laxative approach that works to get to the root of constipation.*  Regularity can help you break free from laxatives and help you restore healthy bowel function.* Silver Fern® Regularity Approach to Constipation Help balance gut microbiome* Ease digestive comfort* Provides healthy consistency* Helps cleanse the colon* Support mucosal barrier function* Most constipation solutions, including laxatives, work against the body by forcing contents through digestion. Silver Fern's approach aims to work along with the body by addressing the underlying issues of occasional constipation. Some of the root causes of constipation include dysbiosis (imbalanced gut microbiome), overactive intestinal immune responses, and poor gut barrier function.* Multiple studies have shown constipated patients have imbalances and instability in the gut microbiome when compared with healthy controls. More specifically, some studies suggest that the lack of Bifidobacterium species in the gut is linked with chronic, functional constipation. Other studies demonstrate a correlation between an overabundance of methane-producing bacteria and chronic constipation.* Intestinal immune responses are another driving factor in constipation. Chronic immune responses may affect the enteric nervous system causing altered gut motility and excessive fluid secretion. Chronic intestinal immune responses can damage enteric nerve cells that control the timing and strength of colon contractions. When injured, these intestinal nerve cells may not always fully recover. This is why constipation can sometimes be present in inflammatory bowel diseases even after recovery from initial symptoms. What is in Regularity? Regularity contains a unique and rare blend of prickly pear polysaccharides, olive leaf polyphenols, and SunFiber® Galactomannan fiber. These ingredients help support the digestive system and promote regularity by helping address potential root causes of occasional constipation and not just providing a short term bandaid.* Mucosave™ FG - Prickly Pear & Olive Leaf: Mucosave™ FG contains prickly pear polysaccharides and olive leaf polyphenols that work synergistically to support the intestinal mucosal barrier, soothe intestinal immune responses, help reduce oxidative stress, and help increase the growth of beneficial gut bacteria.* Mucoprotective* Soothing* Eases digestion* Prickly Pear Cladodes, flattened leaf-like stems, of the prickly pear cactus contain polysaccharides with immunomodulatory, gastroprotective, and mucosal protective properties.* The soluble and insoluble fibers found in the prickly pear cactus are known to help improve fecal consistency, gastrointestinal transit, and also favorably impact the gut microbiome.* The polysaccharides found in prickly pear cladodes form a gel-like substance that adheres very effectively to the intestinal wall in a process known as mucoadhesion.* Mucoadhesion is being explored as a more effective delivery mechanism of nutritional actives because it slows down the absorption process and gives nutrients more time to be properly absorbed.* Olive Leaf Extract Olive leaves and their extracts contain many phenolic compounds that have been used in traditional medicine to manage a variety of health issues.*  The prickly pear polysaccharides and olive leaf extract work together to help protect mucosal cells, a key component of helping soothe the bowels and promote regularity.* Researchers suggest that the beneficial effects of Mucosave™ FG are due to the protection of the gastric mucosa, protection against oxidative damage, and beneficial microbiome properties.* Sunfiber® Galactomannan Fiber: Sunfiber®, also known as partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG) or guar fiber. It is a galactomannan-based soluble dietary fiber that comes from guar beans and has been shown to help normalize stools.* Increasing soluble fiber intake is one the simplest ways to improve occasional constipation, as it supports fecal bulking and also feeds beneficial gut bacteria.* SunFiber® is a low-FODMAP, digestive friendly prebiotic fiber shown to help with normalizing stools.* Consistent consumption of Sunfiber® has also been shown to increase the abundance of Bifidobacterium species, the beneficial genus of bacteria that may be lacking in individuals with occasional constipation.*  Why take Regularity ?
