Frequently Asked Questions When should I start and stop using it? Ask your provider. It is generally used for a period before a professional in-office treatment and continued afterwards, but the schedule is set by the provider and varies with the treatment. What does water-free mean for the texture? There is no water in the formula, so it is a dense, slightly silky nectar rather than a fluid serum. It sits as a smooth protective veil on the skin and one or two pumps covers the whole face. Can I use it as an everyday serum? It is formulated specifically for use around professional in-office treatments. For a daily peptide step, Restorative Skin Complex with TriHex+ is the everyday product in this line. Does it replace my moisturizer or sunscreen? No. Apply it first, then follow with a moisturizer if your provider allows one, and a broad spectrum sunscreen in the morning. Is it fragranced? No added fragrance, and no preservatives. It is formulated for skin that feels particularly reactive.
