Frequently Asked QuestionsHow is this different from the Pack of 5? This is one sachet for a single session, intended for occasional use or post-aesthetic care. The Valmont Regenerating Mask – Pack of 5 provides five masks for an intensive weekly course. When is the best time to use it? Use it occasionally when the skin needs a 30-minute smoothing and soothing treatment, or after an aesthetic procedure such as a peel when advised by your professional. Can I use my usual serum afterwards? Yes. After the 30 minutes, remove the sheet, apply the post-treatment vial, then continue with your usual Valmont serum and cream. Will the sheet slip off? No. Mist the face first, hold the sheet at eye level, stretch it out towards the sides of the face and press out the air bubbles; it stays in place while you lie back. Is the sheet reusable? No. Both the sheet and the vial are designed for one session and should be discarded afterwards. How often can I use this mask? Choose an occasional application or one session each week for five weeks, as recommended by Valmont. Use a fresh mask for each session. What if the collagen sheet tears? Valmont advises that torn sections can still be placed on the face. Keep each piece in contact with the skin; a small tear does not mean the mask must be discarded.
