Reflect Wall Hanging — Blue Patina / Brass

The Reflect Wall Hanging has a simple vertical balance with soft curves and reflected shapes. The blue watercolored patina and powder coated parts add a sense of harmony and play, making this an eye-catching piece whether it hangs alone or with a group. Handcrafted at the Circle & Line studio in Austin, Texas. Dimensions: 22” H x 4” W Weight: 1 lb Materials: The brass components are each meticulously sanded, buffed, and polished and then finished with a durable lacquer. The lighter blue is achieved by painting with a solution that creates the nuanced patina over brass prior to finishing. The darker blue is an industrial matte-finish powder coating over steel. Installation + Care: Hang from a nail or hook. Hold by the chain when installing to prevent fingerprints on brass finish or damage to the blue patina surface. Intended for indoor use. Exposure to the elements will cause the natural brass patina process to accelerate, and may damage the blue patina finish. Wipe with a dry cloth. Kindly note: blue patina can be fickle in times of high humidity. In Austin, home of our studio, there can be stretches of humidity, even though we try the blue patina will not take. Please expect a ship delay of up to 3 weeks on pieces with blue patina parts.
