Sea Salt Cassava Chips

Do you love potato chips? Of course you do—and so do we. So we set out to make something lighter, crispier and better for you. And dare we say, challenge accomplished! We start with Colombian cassava roots, slice them thinly, flash-fry in responsibly sourced palm fruit oil and finish with just a sprinkle of sea salt. The result? Light-as-air, melt-in-your-mouth chips that deliver the perfect crunch and just the right seasoning. The best part? Cassava is naturally gluten-free and nightshade-free, rich in vitamin C and potassium and known for its anti-inflammatory benefits. Now that’s a Reelie good snack you can feel Reelie good about.
