Reel Seat Alignment Tool

The Rodmaker 247 Reel Seat Alignment Tool is a precision‑machined jig designed to give rod builders perfect, repeatable reel‑seat alignment every single time. Built from solid metal with clean, crisp geometry, it locks your reel seat into a true vertical reference so you can mount hardware without twist, drift, or guesswork. This tool eliminates the most common alignment errors by providing: A fixed 90° reference face for centering and squaring the seat A vertical post that establishes true top‑dead‑center orientation A stable, flat base that sits securely on your bench during layout and epoxy work A clear visual line that ensures your reel foot, hood, and guides track perfectly down the blank Whether you’re mounting uplocking, downlocking, or sliding band reel seats, the Rodmaker 247 jig gives you a consistent, professional alignment that holds true from butt cap to tip‑top. This is the alignment tool trusted by builders who want their reel seats to sit dead straight.
