ReefSense pH & Temp Probe - Red Sea

The ReefSense pH & Temperature Probe lets you track two of your aquarium’s most important parameters with a single digital sensor. When connected to a ReefControl Lite or ReefControl Pro, it delivers real-time readings, notifications, and detailed logs through the ReefBeat app.   Both pH and temperature values can be used as control inputs for automation. Paired with a ReefControl Power unit, this probe can operate DC equipment such as cooling fans or solenoids, as well as AC devices like heaters, giving you precise, sensor-based control over your system.   The pH sensor is automatically temperature compensated and built with a double-junction design that uses dual ceramic external junctions for longer life. It is accurate to 0.05 pH with a precision of 0.01 pH. The integrated temperature reading is accurate to 0.05 degrees Celsius. Detailed Description The ReefSense pH & Temperature Probe is a 2 in 1 digital sensor that provides continuous, interference-free monitoring of pH and temperature. It is designed as a core component of any ReefControl system and is ideal for reef keepers who want tight control over stability.   Unlike traditional analog probes that can pick up noise from pumps, lights, and other equipment, this ReefSense probe converts its readings to a digital signal inside the probe body. This approach filters out electromagnetic interference and prevents signal drift, so the data reaching your controller stays clean and accurate.   The pH element is engineered for long-term use in marine environments. Its double-junction construction with dual ceramic junctions improves durability and helps protect against contamination. Automatic temperature compensation ensures that pH readings reflect true conditions, not just raw probe output.   The built-in temperature sensor adds another precise input to your controller, making it useful for both monitoring and automation. Whether you are tracking daily pH swings, fine-tuning a calcium reactor, or managing heaters and fans, this probe gives you the accuracy and stability you need.   Calibration is handled through the ReefBeat app, and the calibration data is stored directly on the probe. This means you can move it between ports or even between controllers without repeating the calibration process.   A unique benefit of the ReefSense lineup is remote Bluetooth use. You can temporarily connect the probe to your phone for tasks such as checking fresh saltwater at a mixing station or calibrating at the sink, all while viewing live readings in the app. Key Features 2 in 1 digital monitoring Provides simultaneous, real-time readings for both pH and temperature.   High precision performance pH accuracy: 0.05 pH pH precision: 0.01 pH Temperature accuracy: 0.05 °C   Automatic temperature compensation Ensures pH readings are corrected for temperature to reflect true system conditions.   Interference-free digital design Digital conversion inside the probe eliminates issues caused by electromagnetic interference from pumps, lights, and other devices.   ReefBeat integration Connects to any port on a ReefControl Lite or Pro for live monitoring, logging, and instant notifications on your phone.   Durable, long-life build Double-junction pH sensor with dual ceramic external junctions for improved longevity.   Smart calibration Calibration data is stored on the probe itself, so you can move it between controllers or ports without re-calibrating.   Remote Bluetooth use Can be used wirelessly for tasks like testing new saltwater or performing calibration away from the tank. Automation Possibilities pH-based control Pair with ReefControl Power to operate a CO2 solenoid on a calcium reactor or manage a kalkwasser stirrer based on pH readings.   Temperature-based control Use the precise temperature reading to run heaters, chillers, or cooling fans through the ReefControl Power unit.   Alert-driven protection Receive immediate notifications if pH or temperature moves outside your preset safe range, giving you time to correct issues before they escalate.
