The Coco Worm has a hard calcareous tube that it anchors into crevices or a rocky section of the reef. It uses its radioles to filter out plankton that floats by. It requires a well established aquarium and needs to be fed phytoplankton and other liquid organic foods. It is not tolerant of poor or fluctuating water quality. They should only be purchased by advanced aquarists.
