Red Diamond Mix

We wanted to create a mix for topping porridge, yogurt, and rice puddings, that could double as a crunchy salad topping, featuring the batch of Goji Berries we highlighted last week. This mix includes goji, zeresh, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, dried blood orange plus a pinch of ginger & cinnamon. We break up the walnut halves to mimic the size of the other seeds and create consistency in the mix. Our favorite use is on plain yogurt, with a drizzle of honey on top🐝
