The Red Breasted Parakeet Personality Red Breasted Parakeets are lively, social birds full of character. They are more robust and active than some of their Psittacula cousins, enjoying play, exploration, and interaction. They are intelligent and can be good talkers, often developing clear speech and a variety of sounds. These parrots thrive on social stimulation and can become bored or loud if neglected.
