This sets them with a slight natural lift. Hold for 5-10 seconds. How do I take them off? Peel slowly from one edge and roll the pasty back on itself. Don't rip them off. A warm shower first helps if the adhesive feels stubborn. Can I wear them with a nipple piercing? Yes, over fully healed piercings. Skip them on fresh or still-healing piercings.
