The X-Fire Pro is the only wood pellet grill that combines the speed and sizzle of a gas grill experience with the rich flavor of traditional wood-fired smoking. Thanks to Dual Mode Cooking, you get two premium experiences in one. In Grill Mode, enjoy open-lid, high-heat grilling—just like a classic gas grill. With temperatures reaching up to 1250ºF, the X-Fire Pro is the hottest pellet grill on the market and hotter than almost any gas grill. Adaptive Sear Control lets you fine-tune the flame in real time. Turn it up for a steakhouse-quality crust, or dial it down for more traditional grilling. Switch to Smoke Mode for a true wood-fired experience. With precision temperature control and dual-band Wi-Fi capability, you’ll get perfect low-and-slow results every time. Built like a tank with stainless steel where it counts and engineered for performance, the X-Fire Pro delivers an unmatched temperature range of 225ºF to 1250ºF—making it the only grill you’ll ever need.
