Rebel Ridge Cabernet

Rebel Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon is reflective of California's vineyards, where the power of the California sun leads to optimum ripeness. Hand harvesting in the early morning hours helps preserve that ripeness and leads to excellent balance. Rebel Ridge Cab23 Black Edition is medium to full-bodied wine with an added layer of Petite Sirah. This combination results in juicy, ripe flavors of dark red fruits accented by hints of ground spices, sandalwood and cocoa. The aging in a combination of new oak and neutral barrels leads to an intriguing texture backed by polished tannins that carry on the vivid and juicy finish.
