These kits offer an easy and effective way to lower the rear of your motorcycle, enhancing its overall look and ride quality. Here's what makes these lowering kits a must-have upgrade: Key Features: Simple Bolt-on Installation: The kits are designed for a straightforward installation process, ensuring you can quickly and easily lower your bike without extensive modifications. All necessary mounting hardware is included. Compatibility: Engineered to work with OEM and most aftermarket stock length shocks, these lowering kits are versatile, making them suitable for a wide range of Harley Davidson models within the specified years. Clearance Considerations: It's crucial to ensure fender-to-belt and tire clearance, as well as frame and exhaust clearance, to avoid any potential issues. Additionally, if you have saddlebags, they may require spacing to accommodate the lowered stance. Why Choose Burly Brand Rear Lowering Kits? Enhanced Appearance: Lowering the rear of your Harley not only gives it a more aggressive look but also can improve the bike's profile, making it stand out. Improved Handling: A lower center of gravity can lead to improved handling characteristics, especially in turns and at low speeds. Quality and Durability: Known for their commitment to quality, Burly Brand ensures these lowering kits are built to last, providing a durable solution to motorcycle customization. Installation Tips: Check Clearances: Before completing the installation, verify that there is adequate clearance for the belt, tire, frame, and exhaust to prevent any contact or rubbing. Note on Shock Compatibility: These rear lowering kits are not compatible with "shorty" or "low-profile" shocks. Ensure you're using OEM or most aftermarket stock length shocks for the best results. Upgrade your '85-'03 Harley Davidson with the Burly Brand Rear Lowering Kits and enjoy the perfect combination of style, performance, and quality.Â
