Thuren REAR COILS ONLY RAM 2500 (2014-Current)

Thuren 2014 Ram 2500 rear coils improve ride compared to stock, increase travel and are a great upgrade to pair with Thuren end links and shocks to make for an overall more capable truck. On that note, these coils REQUIRE Thuren sway bar end links, brake line tabs, and rear shocks because of the increase in suspension travel.  Single-Rate Coils info: Thuren Single-Rate rear coils are much softer than the OEM rear coils, providing a ride more like a 1/2 ton truck. If you're rarely loading the truck bed, or only rarely towing moderate weight for short distances, the rear end will sag a few inches with Thuren standard Single-Rate coils, and air-bags are not really needed. If loading very heavy, plan on Airbags or a similar load support system added. Dual-Rate Coils info: Thuren Dual-Rate coils were originally conceived for our soon to be released Rear 2014-2024 Ram 2500/PW Predator Long-Travel suspension system, as our Single-Rate coils were just too short to allow full travel. Once we got these coils in for testing and on some trucks, we quickly realized these will most likely be our top seller rear coils, as they ride great AND handle weight really well. They do not ride quite as good down the highway as Thuren single rate coils, but they do ride quite a bit better than the OEM rear coils, while also being able to provide about 15" of suspension travel. With weight added to the bed these coils will sag a little more than the stock coils. Expect about 3/4" more sag with 800lbs in the bed, compared to the stock OEM coils. As with any coils, if you load or tow REALLY heavy, you will need Airbags or something similar. With an unloaded Quad-Cab truck expect about 1/2" lift over stock height, and with the heavier Mega-Cab, the ride height will be about the same as stock. If you have a much lighter Standard-Cab truck,(though not tested yet)you may end up with 1.5" lift over stock height. Height & Weight notes: Thuren coils being softer than OEM coils, weight added to the rear of the truck will exaggerate the lowering effect. So, if you have 500lbs added to the bed with your stock coils, that 1/2" of sag will be about 1" of sag with Thuren Single-Rate coils. Mega Cab and Single Cab trucks are not as common as the Quad Cab we designed these coils around, so keep in mid the Mega Cab is about 700lbs heavier than the Quad Cab, and the Single Cab is about 700lbs lighter, so subtract/add about 1/2" to 1" of height if you have one of those trucks. Final lift heights are not guaranteed. Important: These Rear Coils must be used with extended swaybar links and longer shocks. If ordering from this page, you hereby acknowledge that you understand these conditions and know what is required, and/or already have the the required components on hand. Most people ordering off this page already have purchased our rear coil "kit" with the matching components, but want to swap in a different pair of coils. These rear coils have 3 conditions that Must All be met. Swaybar Links must be 14" TO 15" In length center to center Rear shocks must be 17.5" Or less for compressed length Rear shocks must measure 26.5" TO 28.5" extended length
