Real 28" Nirname Gong (#NIA101) In the Guru Gaitri mantra, Nirname means “the one who has no name,” the one who transcends the forms, limitations of language, and the duality of the world. It represents the absolute silence that precedes all creation, the field of consciousness where everything is possible and where the soul merges with the whole. Real Gongs are the creation of José Antonio Álvarez, a professor of yoga and gong master. Álvarez studied gong playing and meditation from some of the top gong masters around the world. He views the creation of his gongs as a sacred process. Each gong he crafts is handmade in Spain, utilizing formal European gong making techniques. His process begins with a meditation and then moves through each step of creation with respect and love, resulting in gongs that are unique and unrepeatable. This gong is ideal for those who seek to transcend the ego, connect with the immensity of being and immerse themselves in the peace of sacred emptiness. Its sound dissolves the limited identity and opens the door to the infinite, eternal, and borderless experience of the infinite self. Add one to your sound therapy toolkit to begin working with the pure essence of being in your sound baths and spiritual healing.
