Reading Technologies, Inc. (RTI) Mini Desiccant Dryer – (MD4)

The Reading Technologies, Inc. (RTI) Mini Desiccant Dryer – (MD4) unit is a point of use oil/water filter with a desiccant drying cartridge for single gun painting operations where dry clean air is critical.  The 25 CFM combination 4 stage filter removes water, oil and debris to 1.0 micron.  The unit offers ½” ports and includes an inlet ball valve, ¼” regulator, quick change filter element and wall bracket.  It’s the perfect filter for low volume shops or larger shops looking for additional point of use filtration.  (Not recommended for main compressed air system filtration).   Specifications: 4 Stage, 1.0 micron filtration; including stainless steel mesh screen in between cotton and desiccant layers ½” inlet and outlet ports 25 cfm Manual drain Metal bowl guard Oil and humidity free air For installation at point of use ¼" regulator and gauge Includes BK-1 bracket Quick element change No tools required   The RTI Mini Desiccant Dryer package includes: 4 stage mini desiccant dryer Filter element (MD4-1) ¼” regulator and gauge Wall bracket (BK-1) Inlet ball valve Please note that the RTi Mini Desiccant Dryer is designed for point of use air filtration and is not recommended large shop main compressed air system filtration.  The replacement element for this unit is part # MD4-1.
