PRS Water Damage PreClean is a biologically based initial treatment for water damage claims, especially category 3 (black water). It digests odors and soils, including those from fecal matter and urine, reducing them to water and carbon dioxide. PRS Water Damage PreClean utilizes spore strains and advanced cleaning technology specifically engineered for water damage claims. This product will work from the moment you arrive until removal of enough water during the cleaning process limits its biological activity. Do not introduce any non-PRS chemistry while PRS Water Damage products are at work. Apply as soon as possible. PRS Water Damage PreClean eliminates odors within the location, liquefies solids in black water, starts the organic digestion process in all areas of sustained moisture, and minimizes odors within clean up equipment used by the contractor (i.e. wet vacs etc.). In the event of a ‘Major Cat” PRS Water Damage PreClean can be used as a ‘stop-gap’ to control odors and soil load until a cleanup crew is available.
