It has a variety of application areas specially within the scope of electrical connection housing for places such as harbors, marinas, docks, on board vessels, and boat trailers. Similarly, it can be used for the protection of underwater wiring in pumps, swimming pools, ponds, underground sewerage systems, and tunnels. Not only that, but Magic Power Gel also provides dielectric insulation for outdoor lighting schemes, campers, communication towers, satellite dishes, streetlights, and countless other applications. Salient Features Stickiness and Toughness Magic Power Gel possesses good mechanical strength amid its exceptional sealing properties in any sort of rough conditions. In fact, it is amazingly effective for junction boxes in upright position or even in ceiling applications. Moreover, it can withstand quite high pressure under deep water due to IP68 protection.  Self-agglomerating Magic Power Gel has fast cross-linking time which makes it easily curable in less than 15 minutes at room temperature. Once cross-linked, it perfectly adheres to itself in order to attain a homogeneous and compact mass. It can be therefore applied in multiple layers, thanks to its strong self amalgamating characteristics. Innovative Packaging Magic Power Gel is offered as a single compact bottle with twin compartment for each component of the gel. This makes it ready-to-use product for any situation with convenient pouring feature and the most important attribute of proportional mixing for two components at ease.  Extended Life Cycle Even after long working periods, Magic Power Gel is re-enterable for hundreds of work cycles. It is re-usable even when the bottles have been opened. That is why it has no expiry date or no shelf life whatsoever. Zero Waste Due to the eco-friendly nature of Magic Power Gel, it does not produce any kind of waste. Even the residual of the product can be saved and re-used as a putty compound. Also, any left-over gel maintains its characteristics with no trade-off in high performance. Non-hazardous The Magic Power Gel is not-classified as hazardous under the CLP Directive. It is non-toxic and safe for any physical, health or environmental endangerment. Hence, it requires no hazard labeling.   Popular Use Cases Ports and Marinas Method of application, curing time, durability, and need for maintenance are the four major factors to consider while choosing a sealant for  environments vulnerable to high humidity and corrosive conditions. Ports, harbors and marinas are certain places in this context where electrical connections are prone to frequent maintenance. In these wet conditions which are highly conductive, Raytech Magic Power Gel is the best available product fulfilling all four characteristics of a perfect sealant. It is readily used for electrical connections in cranes, docks, vessels, and even in ships and cruises to protect as well as make corrections to wiring whenever needed. Most significantly, Magic Power Gel can sustain high pressure under deep water. It is even suitable to install in salt water as well as chlorinated water. Manufacturing Setup Manufacturing processes where tools and parts are exposed to aquatic atmosphere such as in dyeing, printing, or chemical industries along with HVAC and power plants; Raytech Magic Power Gel is the perfect solution for insulation purposes. It is effectively used in mine water and lift irrigation system as well as in sprinkler systems for indoor halls and outdoor gardens where electric connections will not get wet even after heavy downpour. Heavy mechanical industries and automated smart factories can also employ this amazing gel in the equipment like robotic arms and sensor housings.  Manufactured Goods Goods manufactured for use in aquatic or high humidity areas can increase their shelf life by adding an insulator to their electronic components. Raytech Magic Power Gel is UR approved and ready to be put into finished goods. Easily add some in during the manufacturing process to deliver a durable and long lasting product.
