The four varieties included in this sampler pack are linden honey, wildflower honey, cherry orchard honey and sage honey. Each 10-ounce container is sealed to keep the honey as fresh as the day it was collected. Alfalfa honey, thanks to its mild flavor, this honey is one of the best honey for cooking. Its taste will not override other ingredients; instead, it will make them better. It also can be used in many other ways: as a salad dressing, marinade component, or coffee and tea sweetener.   Wildflower honey, also known as polyfloral honey, comes from the nectar of flowers and blossoms. It’s often used by allergy sufferers in the spring and fall, as it helps those who consume it to build up a tolerance to pollen allergens. Since this beneficial honey is part of this honey sampler pack, you are able to try out the benefits with a small jar as opposed to purchasing a large quantity. Cherry blossom honey is a medicinal sweet honey that helps to control respiratory infections and treat a persistent cough. It has a wonderful flavor when added to toast or bagels, and its soothing qualities are found only in the cherry trees that blossom in the early spring. It’s a wonderful part of our honey variety pack. Another favorite in the raw honey variety pack is sage honey, which is considered a premium variety with a delicate flavor. Sage offers many health benefits, including improvement in brain function, lower cholesterol levels and decreased blood sugar levels. It’s also high in antioxidants. This sampler will have you ordering more.
