Dried Martin Gourd - 2" in Diameter

This Martin is a dried hard shell gourd that comes with the exterior cleaned and ready for crafting, painting, or decorating. It is approximately between 2-3" in diameter and 3 1/2" tall.  Since this is a natural dried gourd, exact shapes and sizes will vary but will stay true to the Martin variety in the product images. The height will vary more than the diameter. This gourd will come with their natural stem or a replacement paper-wrapped wire stem. Our gourds are grown and cleaned with love on our 200-acre farm. We have over 29 years of gourd growing and crafting experience, and always trying to improve. Our mini Martin gourd shell quality is great for wood burning, painting, and other gourd craft ideas. Many crafters use these small dried gourds for crafting ornaments, people, angels, garlands, wreaths, and more.  This size Martin gourd is also great as a natural bowl filler for decorating. Crafting with hard shell gourds is a lot like crafting with wood. Many crafters paint our dried gourds with acrylic, latex, and oil paints. You can dye gourds with many types of dyes, but most use wood dyes or leather dyes.  Our dried gourds are clean and ready for decorating without any finishing needed. A polyurethane or polyacrylic could be applied to provide a beautiful sheen.
