Raspberry Leaf Cut and Sifted Wildcrafted

Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus) Raspberry leaf is the foliage of the raspberry plant, a perennial member of the rose family native to Europe and parts of Asia, now widely cultivated in temperate regions worldwide. While the raspberry fruit is well-loved for its sweet, tangy flavor, the leaf has an equally rich tradition of use in European, Native American, and Ayurvedic herbalism. The leaves are generally harvested in late spring or early summer before the plant flowers, when the concentration of tannins, vitamins, and minerals is highest. They are then carefully dried to preserve their soft, velvety texture and fresh, green aroma, which carries subtle grassy and earthy undertones. Botanical Name: Rubus idaeus Origin: Albania/Croatia/Bulgaria Traditional & Culinary Uses: Raspberry leaf has long been incorporated into women’s herbal traditions. In folk practices, it was often steeped into teas and tonics to support overall wellness, especially during times of transition. In culinary applications, dried raspberry leaf can be brewed into a gentle tea or used in herbal lemonade blends. Some also incorporate it into bath soaks or herbal steams for its naturally aromatic qualities.
