Organic Raspberry Leaf

Does your period seem to arrive with a full list of demands? Are you reaching for warmth, rest, and anything that makes your cycle feel a little less disruptive? Do you want to support your body without turning every month into another complicated protocol? Raspberry leaf has been used for generations in women’s herbal traditions, especially as a tea during the menstruating years. Made from the leaves of the red raspberry plant—not the fruit—it has an earthy, gently astringent flavor that feels familiar, grounding, and almost like a mild black tea, without the caffeine. Its long-standing use is associated with menstrual comfort and women’s wellness. The European Medicines Agency recognizes raspberry leaf’s traditional use for the relief of minor spasms associated with menstrual periods, while also noting that strong clinical research remains limited. Raspberry leaf is not here to “fix” your femininity or force your cycle into submission. It is a simple ritual for listening sooner, slowing down, and offering your body steady support before it has to start yelling.
