Our Raspberry Cream Center is a firm cream filling that has a creamy but firm texture! Make filled chocolates using chocolate molds and press into chocolate shells. Great for making filled chocolate eggs during Easter too! Contains 1 Pound of Firm Cream Filling. Can be pressed into molded chocolate shells. Comes packaged in a resealable plastic tub. If cream filling is too sticky to work with, powder hands with cornstarch before working with it.
