Raspberry Cheese Strudel

All of our cheese strudels are made with 100% cream cheese.    Stuffed in our fillo dough topped with our in house cake crumb, butter and a layer of our Raspberry filling rolled into one pound strips.   Baked off to a golden brown.   These strudels can be eaten frozen, thawed, reheated in the oven until the center is warm or sliced and thrown into the microwave in 15-20 second intervals.   Use caution when reheating as the interior will be extremely hot while the fillo dough remains cool to the touch.  They are shipped fully cooked and anything not consumed can be refrozen.
