Convenient Nesting and Stacking: • Rapastack’s nestable and stackable design is optimized to increase shipping, storage and assembly efficiencies without sacrificing strength, making it ideal for large inventory management. Its stack-friendly design further enhances space efficiency and transport stability when fully loaded. • NO EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT required for assembly…in fact NO ASSEMBLY NECESSARY. Rapastack comes to you ready to fill with ice cream!  Larger Capacity: • Rapastack offers a full 2.64-gallon capacity, providing an extra fill capacity compared to competing nesting disposable tubs, perfect for 2.5 gallon ice cream batches as well as larger production volumes. Also the gentle tapered shape of Rapastack tubs allow a perfect fit in existing ice cream case 3-gallon holder systems and configurations. Enhanced Durability: • Constructed with 32pt heavy-duty paperboard, Rapastack is thicker and more robust than the competition. We offer the most premium disposable nesting tub in the market.  This added thickness translates to better durability in the demanding environments of high-volume ice cream production, storage, transportation and retail service. • The tear-resistant, heavy-duty flat bottom ensures greater stability and prevents the potential for dents and instability, unlike the competitor’s design with a false bottom that may deform and become unstable under heavy stacking. Rigid Plastic Rim Protection: • Rapastack features a reinforced rigid plastic ring around the rim to protect against damage during handling and stacking. This ring maximizes stability, helping the container maintain its structure while in the dipping cabinet and under frequent handling. Optimized for High-Volume Use: • Designed to withstand the rigors of production, storage, and transport, Rapastack is a premium option for ice cream shops with high turnover and constant usage. The stronger construction ensures that the containers last longer and maintain their integrity from production to service. • Rapastack tub’s eco-friendly, disposable paperboard construction, appealing to environmentally conscious businesses looking to minimize plastic usage.  It also saves labor, space and utilities cost from washing, rinsing and sanitizing plastic tubs. • Rapastack’s unique design and construction make it compatible with most production-based filling and conveyor systems to provide convenience, flexibility and efficiency required by your production process regardless of size and volume.
