Rancilio Silvia Pro X Espresso Machine

What is it? The Rancilio Silvia Pro X is a dual boiler espresso machine with a vibratory pump, saturated group head, and a built-in PID with a shot timer. It gives baristas the ability to control temperature, on/off times, pre-infusion, and simultaneously pull shots and steam milk. This machine runs on an internal reservoir.  Who is it for? You're the traditionalist with a love of all espresso drinks. Reliability and serviceability are of the utmost importance. Ultimately, you're searching for a machine with an excellent reputation. Look no further than the Silvia Pro X.  Why do we carry it? The iconic Rancilio Silvia has been a staple in the home barista community since the late 90s, offering users the opportunity to achieve café-quality espresso at home. This durable, classic design is one of the most recognizable machines on the market. The Silvia Pro X is the newest rendition of this machine with a similar look and feel, but now with the convenience of a dual boiler system and a commercial machine's performance. The Pro X is equipped with a built-in PID and shot timer that gives baristas the ability to make coffee like the pros. It also includes a newly added pressure gauge. These added features make the Pro X serious competition to other machines in its range.
