Process & Profile Rampur Double Cask is produced by Radico Khaitan Ltd, India's oldest distillery, using 100% Indian six-row barley. The spirit is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and matured in both American bourbon barrels and European oak sherry casks to create a unique dual-cask profile. The hot, tropical climate of India accelerates the maturation process, giving the whisky a depth and complexity typically achieved over a longer period elsewhere. Rampur's non-chill filtered process ensures the whisky retains all its rich flavors, producing a smooth, velvety texture that reflects the brand's dedication to quality and tradition. The influence of the Himalayan climate provides a distinctive fruity character and a refined balance of spices.
