Ram I

The Canadian Ram I tank was an early World War II medium tank based on the American M3 Lee chassis. It featured a fully rotating turret armed with a 2-pounder (40mm) gun. Developed and produced in Canada, the Ram I was primarily used for training and never saw combat. Its design paved the way for subsequent improvements in Canadian tank production, leading to the more advanced Ram II and other vehicles.
