As a center piece to RainDance’s target enrichment sequencing solution systems, the RDT 1000 plays a critical role in an efficient targeted sequencing workflow. The RDT 1000 incorporates RainDance’s pico- droplet-based technology, which uses the gold-standard single-plex PCR, to amplify hundreds to thousands of genomic loci with high specificity and uniformity. The system is ideal for small to medium size NGS projects with the capability of running up to 10 samples per day and works with all next generation sequencers. Highlights Fully automated Low-to Medium-Throughput Targeted Sequencing System 1 sample per run: Process up to 10 samples per day Compatible with all NGS Platforms Illumina’s HiSeq™ and MiSeq™ Ion Torrent’s PGM™ Life’s 5500 SOLiD™ PacBio’s RS Roche’s GS FLX™ and GS Junior™ Systems Broad range of applications: GWAS follow up, medical genetics, cancer research, somatic mutation analysis, epigenetics Highest quality data: proven RainDance sequence coverage and uniformity   RDT1000™SystemAdvantages Comprehensive genomic coverage: Determine all variation contained in any desired region of the genome Unparalleled target selection: Increased accuracy and greater coverage uniformity; requires less sequencing per sample than alternative enrichment methods Production ready for clinical research lab: Enable high-throughput screening and validation for mutation analysis and interpretation for genetic disorders using next-generati on sequencing Reduced sample input requirements: Use as little as 250ng of unamplified genomic DNA Elimination of downstream NGS library processing: Integrate sequencing adaptors directly into sequence-ready targets with RainDance’s DirectSeq™ workflow using tailed primers Fast turnaround and simple workflow: Generate sequence-ready samples in as little as 4 hours from sample to sequencer Designed for the future: Enabled for amplicon sizes from 150bp – 1.5kb today and up to ~10 kb in the future   ***Please visit our store (Click Here!) for more laboratory and medical equipment that may meet your needs.***                                                                     Extra large items and items over 100lbs would require freight shipping.
