Rainbow Parrot Tulip

The Rainbow Parrot Tulip is a lavish variety with a full, “feathery” form. Each ruffled petal is streaked in yellow, purple and rich chestnut-red hues that subtly change as they mature, creating an ever-changing kaleidoscope of color. Requires only well-drained soil and a sunny site to thrive, filling your garden with radiant color from mid-to-late spring. Unusual, Eye-Catching Form: Parrot tulips are known for their elaborate petals, and Rainbow takes it to the next level. The edges are ruffled and curled like fine ribbon, giving each feather-like bloom a sense of movement even before the breeze hits. Their texture adds contrast to smoother spring blooms and adds depth to floral displays. A Living Kaleidoscope: With so many colors on a single bloom, this tulip acts like a living work of art. As it opens and matures, hues shift subtly—no two flowers are identical. It’s a conversation starter in the garden and a fresh-cut favorite on the table.
