Rainbow Affirmations Poster

Positive affirmations are short, powerful statements that express positive thoughts or goals about oneself or one's life. They are often used as a tool for personal growth or achieving success. Affirmations work by reprogramming the subconscious mind to focus on positive outcomes, rather than negative thoughts or fears. The Rainbow Affirmations Poster is a vibrant and inspiring tool for clients to adopt a positive mindset. It features the seven colors of the rainbow, and each color represents a unique affirmation. For example, red is for “LOVE” and orange is for “SMART.” These affirmations serve as reminders of the inherent strength, worth, and potential that clients possess. Regularly engaging with these affirmations helps kids and teens manage their emotions more effectively, especially as they reflect on an affirmation. Let them know that these affirmations work best when repeated consistently. If they like, they can create additional affirmations that focus on their wonderful qualities. Feel free to explore our wide-variety of coping statements handouts as a way to increase your child’s use of positive affirmations for various challenges. *This item is an instant digital download.
