The front showcases exquisite hand-stitched button fly with intentionally irregular stitch lines that add character. The rear has been thoughtfully designed with heritage proportions and adorned with Railcar's signature articulate stitching on the back pockets. The waistband boasts unique details, including carefully tucked belt loops in the single-piece construction, which is precisely attached with a single needle machine. The selvedge is present at the outseam and exposed at the top of the coin pocket. The waist could be worn with a belt using the tucked belt loops or tighten with the waistband authentic 2 prong hardware cinch buckle back. Combining the design and handcrafted manufacturing, we believe this piece to be a collectable garment that you would be proud to own and wear. What is Railcar Black? Railcar Black is a Railcar collection of garments that derives its exceptional value from being sewn exclusively on 1930s commercial sewing machines using light weight heritage styles of selvedge materials. The significant worth of these pieces stems from these vintage machines, which impart a natural irregularity to each garment, creating unique stitching patterns and character that is impossible to duplicate on modern equipment. This distinctive, one of a kind quality makes each Railcar Black piece a truly special piece. Learn more about Railcar Black here.
