Raglan Rugby - Trail Blue

Founded in 2016 by Christian Hofmann, whose experience includes a 12-year career at Ralph Lauren and a lifelong passion for the outdoors, Heimat Textil is based out of and produced in Germany. Every piece they make is built to last, with a solid construction that only gets better with time, softening and breaking in from wear. The company name, Heimat is a German word without a direct translation in English — best explained as a comfortable and secure feeling that comes from being where you belong. Heimat's primary focus as a brand is quality, working with the very best materials and using the most sustainable production techniques to create heirloom-quality staples with German sensibilities. Their garments are made to be lived in, taken outdoors and subjected to the elements, keeping up with your lifestyle — whatever it may be. The designs are classic and stripped of excess, versatile by way of their minimalism, comfortably fitting into a wide variety of different wardrobes. The Raglan Rugby is one of our favorite rugby shirts we've ever carried, with a classic design throughout that doesn't miss any details and absolutely nails the fit. It's cut with a relaxed fit that's not oversized or exaggerated, featuring a flat hem, knit cuffs, and a covered placket. Under the arms, there are sewn ventilation holes to help with airflow, while the raglan sleeve construction allows for an unrestrictive and full range of movement. It's made from a medium-weight dry cotton jersey fabric with just the right amount of heft and sturdiness. Fits true to size with a snug, vintage fit.
