RAFFAELLESCO DELUXE: Large Round Wall Clock

These exquisite pieces showcase the iconic Raffaellesco pattern, a hallmark of Italian majolica from Deruta. Revered for its enduring appeal, this design has captivated admirers for centuries. Originating in the 16th century, Raffaellesco was inspired by the elegant arabesques found in Raphael s frescoes. At its heart lies a stylized dragon, a symbol of a benevolent deity believed to grant good fortune and favorable winds to seafaring merchants. This is a meaningful touch for those seeking prosperity and protection. Our Raffaellesco Deluxe collection embodies authentic, top-tier craftsmanship, staying true to the original designs and patterns. Each piece is a tribute to Italy s rich cultural heritage and artistic traditions, offering a timeless connection to its storied past. Handcrafted in Deruta, a medieval hilltop town renowned for its ceramic mastery since the 12th century, this authentic maiolica (majolica) creation is a testament to the region s unparalleled artistry. Expertly hand-painted by master artisans, each piece features classic Renaissance colors royal blue, golden yellow, and deep forest green creating a striking visual contrast. Whether displayed in your kitchen, dining area, or living space, this vibrant ceramic makes a stunning statement. Made with 100% food-safe glazes and colors, this earthenware reflects centuries of tradition and craftsmanship. While dishwasher safe for easy care, we recommend avoiding microwave use, as the ceramic may become very hot.
