It is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, and radioactive gas, occurring naturally underground. The United States Environmental Protection Agency considers radon a major health hazard due to its radioactivity and inability to detect it without testing. Radon is the second most frequent cause of lung cancer, responsible for over 20,000 deaths each year. Radon is the primary cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. Is Radon Gas in my home?
