Farmented Cultured Vegetables

It all started with an idea to challenge the notion that produce needs to be perfect. A carrot has more that one root? Toss it. That tomato is a tad over ripe? No thank you. Every year farmers are left with an abundance of perfectly good “imperfect produce” they can’t sell based on their appearance. Not only is that food wasted, it’s time, money, water and energy wasted. It needs to stop. That’s where Farmented comes in. Spicy Carrots: Crunchy, juicy, need we say more? These garlicky bad boys are straight delicious. Perfect in a salad, added to a sandwich, or straight from the jar. Each of our products are fermented in small batches, made with organic ingredients, and packed full of thousands of probiotic goodness. Radish Kimchi: Bold, rich flavors combine to produce this delicately balanced, truly (rad)ish kimchi. One bite and you'll fall in love with this gorgeously fermented kimchi. Each of our products are fermented in small batches, made with organic ingredients, and packed full of thousands of probiotic goodness. Dill Sauerkraut: Dill? In Sauerkraut? Yes. Trust us. Fixer Elixir: Our Fixer Elixir is a probiotic sipping tonic made to help you get your daily dose of probiotics in an easy and tasty way. Add it to a soup or salad dressing for a burst of flavor, or take it like the probiotic shot that it is! However you enjoy this tasty brine, enjoy it knowing you’re getting a great dose of natural probiotics.
