VHSHITFEST has been uncovering and releasing movies on video for over a decade, across DVD and VHS, and is now moving into blu-ray, with the same goal to showcase the most unique, crazy, and obscure movies that they've discovered through years of collecting VHS, allowing even more people to actually be able to experience these nearly lost gems in the best versions possible. In an apocalyptic wasteland, a pirate radio host fights off mutants and FCC assassins while he travels across America to Hollywood, blasting his illegal broadcast along the way. It’s Road Warrior meets Smokey and the Bandit. Radio Free Steve is a unique and hilarious post-apocalyptic indie epic that features a wide array of familiar faces: Nathan Zellner (Sasquatch Sunset), Dean Haglund (The X-Files), Johanna Stein (Mulholland Dr.), Dave Kendall (MTV 120 Minutes), and many more. There’s even a Boards of Canada song on the soundtrack! VHSHITFEST loves to bring this obscure gem to Blu-Ray for the first time! directed by: Jules Beesley starring: Ryan Junell, Dean Haglund, Nathan Zellner 2000 / 81 min / 1.77:1 / English DTS HD-MA 2.0 Additional info: Region Free Blu-ray Commentary by Director Jules Beesley and Actors Ryan Junell & Jessica Schwartz Interview with Director Jules Beesley Interview with Director Jules Beesley and Actor Ryan Junell Behind the Scenes Footage Photos and Promo Gallery "Toxic Beat" Music Video "Ricky's Song" Steve Glenn Segments: An American Perspective Off the Clock Steve Visits a News Station Steve Visits a Mall Steve Visits a Ranch Trailer Reel English SDH subtitles
