Rackable EZ Curl Bar

The Rackable EZ Curl Bar is the ultimate tool for arm development. This bar's unique shape allows you to lift with less strain on your wrists and elbows, and more focus on your working muscles to maximize the stimulation of your biceps and triceps. Use it for standing bicep curls, preacher curls, or pair it with an Arm Blaster. Then, target your triceps with skull crushers, french presses, and more, for an arm-aggedon you'll never forget. Best of all, it fits across your j-cups for easy plate-loading and unloading to spare your back. IMPORTANT: Although e-coating and Cerakote are more resistant to rust and abrasion, they can still be scratched from metal-on-metal contact. Only use nylon brushes and microfiber towels to clean this bad boy.
