The Rack Attach

Turn your power rack into a commercial-grade, plate-loaded machine system! The Wide Body Bench Rack Attach is the first-of-its-kind system that transforms your power rack into a full plate-loaded training machine. At only 22 pounds, this innovative attachment unlocks an entire series of commercial-grade exercises and movements directly from your rack. With the Rack Attach, you can integrate the entire Wide Body Bench attachment lineup, including the Chest Press, Chest Fly, and Bicep Attachments. Simply pull your Wide Body Bench up to your rack, attach your chosen accessory, and experience true plate-loaded performance without the bulk or cost of traditional machines. The Rack Attach mounts to your power rack using two setup options: a quick-adjust trolley system or a stable C-cup mount. Both provide rock-solid stability and effortless height adjustments. The trolley system features an adjustable pin that allows you to move up and down your rack quickly, an additional stability pin for extra support, and a magnetic front pin that locks the setup securely in place. Built from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, the Rack Attach offers nine pin positions at 15-degree intervals, allowing you to train through every angle from decline to incline.
