Hammer Nutrition Race Day Boost - Increase Athletic Performance

Hammer Nutrition Race Day Boost (64 capsules) is a performance-enhancing supplement designed to optimize the body's three primary energy production pathways. This product is formulated to support athletes across various intensity levels, from low-to-moderate endurance activities to high-intensity anaerobic efforts and sprint performances. Composition and Mechanism of Action: The primary active ingredient in Race Day Boost has demonstrated significant efficacy in enhancing athletic performance. While the specific compound is not disclosed, its mechanism of action involves two key physiological processes: 1. Lactic Acid Buffering: The supplement effectively increases the body's capacity to buffer lactic acid, a byproduct of anaerobic metabolism. This buffering action helps delay the onset of muscular fatigue and maintains optimal pH levels in working muscles. 2. Oxygen Utilization Enhancement: Race Day Boost has been shown to improve oxygen uptake and utilization at the cellular level. This enhancement in oxygen kinetics contributes to more efficient aerobic energy production and potentially delays the transition to anaerobic metabolism during prolonged efforts. Clinical Efficacy: In the most comprehensive clinical trial conducted on the primary ingredient of Race Day Boost, subjects exhibited a statistically significant 8% improvement in performance time. This substantial enhancement in athletic output underscores the supplement's potential to positively influence race day outcomes. Administration Protocol: The recommended administration protocol involves a four-day loading phase prior to the target event. This regimen is designed to saturate the system with the active compounds, ensuring optimal concentration and efficacy on race day. Dosage: Each bottle contains 64 capsules. The precise dosage instructions should be followed as per the manufacturer's guidelines to achieve the intended physiological effects. Indications: Race Day Boost is indicated for athletes participating in various endurance and high-intensity sports, including but not limited to: - Long-distance running - Cycling - Triathlon - Swimming - Rowing - Cross-country skiing Contraindications and Precautions: As with any performance-enhancing supplement, athletes should consult with a healthcare professional before initiating use, particularly those with pre-existing medical conditions or those taking other medications. Conclusion: Hammer Nutrition Race Day Boost represents a scientifically formulated ergogenic aid designed to enhance athletic performance across multiple energy systems. Its dual action in lactic acid buffering and oxygen utilization improvement offers a comprehensive approach to optimizing race day performance. The clinically demonstrated 8% improvement in performance time suggests significant potential for athletes seeking a competitive edge in their respective disciplines. IS SODIUM PHOSPHATE, FOUND IN RACE DAY BOOST AND PERPETUEM, SAFE TO CONSUME? Yes, sodium tribasic phosphate (also referred to simply as sodium phosphate) is remarkably safe, especially in the relatively small amounts found in Race Day Boost and Perpetuem. Sodium phosphate enjoys FDA "GRAS" (Generally Recognized As Safe) status as an emulsifying agent, Nutrients and Dietary Supplement, a sequestrant (a food additive whose role is to improve the quality and stability of the food products), and for miscellaneous use. The LD50 of orally dosed sodium tribasic phosphate for rats (the amount of an agent that is sufficient to kill 50 percent of the rats) is 7,400 mg/kg. Translated for a 75 kg/165 lb. athlete, that would mean a dose of nearly 555 grams (555,000 mg), an astronomically high amount that no one would even conceive of trying to take. By comparison: The LD50 of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) for rats is 4,220 mg/kg The LD50 for rats consuming acetic acid (vinegar is a dilute aqueous solution of acetic acid) is 3,310 mg/kg The LD50 of sodium chloride (table salt) for rats is 3,000 mg/kg Use for major events. One-Day Event—"A" Race Take 4 capsules with food and water 4 times per day (16 capsules daily) for 4 days before a competition. Multi-Day Event Follow loading protocol for 3 days prior to start: 4 capsules, 4 times per day. Then follow this twice-daily “maintenance dose” protocol after each stage: Take 4 capsules with Recoverite® as soon as possible after racing each day, as well as another 4-capsule dose with food later in the day/evening. PRO TIP Do not use it for every race because this product has a “tolerance factor.” Therefore, use it ideally only four to six times per year.
