That’s why we created the RA Black Bike Buying Experience, an unparalleled service designed to make your bike-buying process seamless, informed, and rewarding. What is the RA Black Bike Buying Experience? This isn’t your average trip to the bike shop. With the RA Black Experience, you’ll be guided by an RA Black Member, the highest-ranking and most trusted cycling professionals in our organization. These experts are true cycling aficionados who live and breathe bikes. They’re deeply involved with top suppliers, know the latest tech inside out, and have been rigorously trained to provide completely unbiased advice. From the moment you engage with us, your RA Black Member will take the time to understand your goals, riding style, and preferences. Whether you’re buying your first road bike, upgrading to a top-tier race machine, or seeking a custom build, their expertise will guide you to the perfect match—even if it’s from a brand we don’t carry. A Fully Personalized Experience Your journey begins with a pre-consultation form. This step allows us to get to know you before you even step into the store. We’ll ask about your riding history, goals, and any preferences you have, ensuring that your visit is entirely tailored to your needs. This form also helps us pair you with the ideal RA Black Member who will best understand your aspirations. During your scheduled visit, you’ll receive a professional SENSEI Bike Fit, conducted by our highly trained fitters. This comprehensive fit process uses advanced tools to dial in your riding position, ensuring comfort, power, and aerodynamics are optimized for your unique anatomy. While your bike fit is taking place, we’ll present a carefully curated selection of bikes, frames, and equipment chosen specifically for you. These aren’t random suggestions—they’re handpicked based on your preferences, fit data, and the expertise of your RA Black Member. Your Perfect Bike, Built to Perfection Once your bike is chosen, you’ll meet our top-tier technicians, the specialists who will bring your dream bike to life. Every adjustment, every detail is meticulously executed to ensure the bike performs flawlessly. The collaboration between your fitter, RA Black Member, and technician guarantees that your bike is built and tuned to perfection. But the experience doesn’t stop there.
