This romantic hand finished artisan sapphire engagement ring is set with a lovely round 1.03 carat brilliant cut natural blue sapphire ( September Birthstone ), adorned with 4 round brilliant cut diamonds in the crown, and 4 round brilliant diamonds on each side of the center, for a total of 12 round brilliant cut diamonds of F/G color and VS clarity, with a 0.10 total diamond carat weight for the ring.
