Art Deco 1/2 Carat Platinum Halo Illusion Engagement Ring Setting

This simple vintage Art Deco platinum halo engagement ring mount design features a secure six prong filigree crown illusion setting. Scalloped filigree openwork enhances the edges of the crown and the band is delicately engraved with a wheat pattern on the top side and scroll pattern on the sides of the band. This illusion mounting is sold without a 1/2 carat center stone. A round brilliant cut diamond of 5.1 - 5.3 millimeters in diameter and approximately 0.45 to 0.55 carats in weight will fit perfectly in this replica antique ring mount.
