Quick Mill Silvano Evo

Highlights The Silvano Quick Mill is an entry-level machine with advanced features. While working with Quick Mill Chris' Coffee has assisted in the evolution of the Silvano Evo to develop this hi-tech coffee maker. The Silvano Evo's stainless steel exterior combines the beauty and value of a traditional espresso machine with the latest technology for producing quality coffee no matter what your beverage preference is! If you're making espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and so much more you'll be impressed with the Quick Mill Silvano's ability to keep up and maintain consistency in such a cost effective product. Compact Design The Quick Mill Silvano Evo is an entry-level espresso machine designed for coffee enthusiasts who demand both performance and style. With its compact stainless steel construction, the Silvano Evo effortlessly combines traditional espresso machine aesthetics with the latest technology. Whether you're crafting espressos, cappuccinos, or lattes, this versatile machine delivers consistent quality in a space-saving, cost-effective package. Designed for Small Spaces Quick Mill engineered the Silvano Evo to fit seamlessly into kitchens with limited counter space. Its slim profile, large side-loading water reservoir, and intuitive on/off switches make it an excellent choice for home baristas. Despite its compact size, the Silvano Evo doesn’t compromise on functionality, offering features that rival larger machines. Dual Boiler Performance with Thermo Block The Silvano Evo features a hybrid system with a coffee boiler and a dedicated thermo block for steaming. While the thermo block isn't as powerful as traditional boilers, it ensures you never run out of steam, even when making back-to-back milk-based drinks. Additionally, the steam bank can be turned off independently, conserving energy when steaming isn't required. The machine’s ability to brew espresso and steam milk simultaneously replicates the efficiency of a professional setup. Faster Heat-Up Time One of the standout features of the Silvano Evo is its quick heat-up time, thanks to its thermo block system. This makes it ideal for those who want their coffee without waiting too long. For even greater control, you can pair the machine with a smart plug, allowing you to manage its power settings through your smartphone. Precision Brewing with Built-In PID At the heart of the Silvano Evo is its PID controller, which ensures precise temperature stability for optimal espresso extraction. Unlike traditional thermostats, the PID provides fine temperature adjustments by delivering small pulses of energy, keeping the water temperature within a tight range. This level of control is essential for achieving consistent flavor profiles and honing your barista skills. The PID also features a built-in shot timer, allowing you to perfect the duration of your espresso pulls. Built for Durability & Convenience The Silvano Evo boasts a range of professional-grade components, including two vibratory pumps with thermal fuse protection, an adjustable expansion valve, and a pump pressure gauge. Its 3-way group solenoid valve ensures dry coffee pucks and easy cleanup, while the solid-state relay adds reliability to the heating system. The swiveling stainless steel steam arm, complete with a two-hole steam tip, makes frothing milk a breeze. These features collectively make the Silvano Evo a dependable choice for both beginners and experienced home baristas. Set-Up Tip Before steaming milk for the first time we recommend you let some air out of the steam wand to purge out any residue that might be in there from initial assembly.  Technical Notes Resettable high limits for coffee boiler and heat bank 2 vibratory pumps (16 watt & 52 watt) with klixon thermal fuse for overheat protection Adjustable expansion valve, located under the group (No need to remove the shell to adjust ) Pump pressure gauge 3-Way group solenoid valve Solid state relay Swivel stainless steam arm with 2 hole steam tip Switch to turn steam bank off individually to save power, steam bank heats up in 2 minutes 3" clearance between the drip tray and the portafilter 15 amps / 110 volt Hybrid boiler (.4 liters)  Included with the Silvano Evo Double spout portafilter (58mm) Single insert basket Double insert basket Back flush disk Group cleaning brush Plastic coffee scoop Black plastic tamper Note: The spouts on the portafilter, which are shown in the photos and video, are not lined up perfectly straight.
