This means that you can program your heat to a specific temperature when brewing and give greater temperature stability. Double Boiler Inside the new espresso machine is a T.E.A. coated stainless steel boilers. Unlike single boiler machines that share one boiler for both tasks, dual boilers enable simultaneous brewing and steaming, ensuring consistent temperature and pressure for superior quality espresso beverages. Stainless Steel Boilers Stainless steel boilers in espresso machines offer exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. They are designed to withstand daily use without losing efficiency, even in high humidity or water-exposed environments. Despite having lower thermal conductivity than copper, stainless steel boilers require less material for construction. Additionally, they are compatible with descaling chemicals, making maintenance hassle-free for optimal performance. Dual Manometers You'll find dual manometers on espresso machines for monitoring brew and steam pressure. The brew pressure gauge checks the resistance from the coffee grounds in the filter basket when the pump is running to ensure optimal extraction. Meanwhile, the steam pressure gauge on heat exchange or dual boiler machines shows the boiler's steam pressure for safety, usually rated at 2.0 bar for structural integrity. Anti-Burn Steam Wands With these revolutionary features, you can froth and steam milk without any concerns about getting burned.
